A: If you follow a creator, you will get an email notification when she or he creates an experience in one of your followed cities. Initially, because there are limited experiences, we will show all live experiences for a creator on their creator page.

Q: Do I have to be a registered Whirple user to follow a creator and buy an experience?
A: Yes, you need to a registered user on Whirple to follow a creator and buy and experience.
Q: How do I buy a ticket to a creator’s experience?
A: When a creator make an event experience live, you will have the opportunity
to buy a ticket. Each fan must have a PayPal account to purchase a ticket. We
recommend you setup up your PayPal account ahead of time since tickets for some experience will sell out quickly.
Q: Can I buy an extra ticket to an experience for my friend?
A: Currently, you can only buy a ticket for yourself if you are a registered user. In the future, you will be able to buy an extra ticket for your friend, if they are already a registered user.
Q: How do I access the private hideout for a creator experience?
A: If you are a ticket holder for an experience, you will have access to the private hideout 14 to 30 days before and after it happens.
Q: What if I need to cancel last minute despite buying a ticket?
A: If you cancel or do not show up at an event experience, you do not get a
refund for your ticket.
Q: What if I feel uncomfortable at the event and have to leave?
A: If you feel unfortable and decide to leave, it is recommended you check-in for attenance at the event experience. You will receive an email asking for written feedback about the event experience and feedback about the venue. We will review your feedback and respond, as applicable.

A: Photographs autographs are at the discretion of the creator. Pleae check under guidelines section for each a specific event experience for details. If photographs and autographs are permitted, they will only be permitted in the last 10 to 15 minutes of the event experience. Fans should be full engageed with each other and the creator for the majority of the event experience.
